• Choice of Caesar Salad or Lobster Bisque

(Caesar Salad with Home Made Croutons and parmesan Crisp. Lobster Bisque with Brandy and Cream)

Course 2 – Duet Plates – (2 choices per plate)

• Honey Walnut Crusted Lamb Chops
  • (Honey coated, Walnut crusted New Zealand Lamb Chops w/ a Port Wine Mint Demi Glaze)
• Filet Mignon Felix
  • (Center Cut Filet Mignon topped with Shrimp and a Creamed Spinach Béchamel)
• Lobster Thermidor
