Dear Members,

As we approach another season for the growing Ace Golf Family, we want to express our gratitude to you, our members, for your continued support of your Clubs. For many of you, membership represents a special belonging and involvement. We want to make sure we maintain the expected level of excellence that you deserve.

Our Clubs have not experienced an increase in our dues rates within the past two years. However, with rising insurance rates and the need for additional staffing, we find it necessary for a minimal increase.

These rates will be effective January 1, 2017 and will require your signature on the agreement to continue your membership with the Club. In addition to the rate change we have streamlined our billing and payment methods. Billing will consist of golf dues billed monthly at an annual rate. Our Social Membership will change as well. You will no longer need to meet the respective minimum in order to avoid a dues charge. We have implemented an annual dues fee of $100.00 per year for a Single membership and $150.00 for a family membership. We will discontinue the ability for Social Members to charge to an in house account but you will still receive your discounts and invitations for all our Member events.

Our payment methods for Golf Members will be limited to two forms of payment. Of course, you may always pay a full year of dues by check or cash.

  1. ACH (Automated Clearing House) which allows us to debit your checking account on a monthly basis for your outstanding balance with your approval. A voided check and a signature on the above membership form will be required…. or
  2. Payment by Credit Card monthly, which will carry an automatic $8.00 per month service fee.

These changes will help ensure the profitability of the Clubs and ongoing improvements as we continue to grow.
