My husband and I hosted a party this past Sunday and had the pleasure of working with Lori Cahill. We cannot say enough about Lori’s professionalism, pleasant demeanor or desire to please her clients. She answered our many questions and made several helpful suggestions. Most of our communications were via email or phone because we’re only in Florida for the winter, but when we finally met Lori, we were immediately impressed.
Not only did Lori handle every detail so that our party was a huge success, her additional touches (lovely arrangement/welcome sign in the foyer and gold drapes on a couple of tables in the ballroom) added a simple but elegant element to the venue. She, Jay and Ted worked tirelessly to make our party a memorable affair.
While our guests complimented us on everything being wonderful, it’s Lori and her team who deserve all the credit.

My name is Cathy Buscema. I wanted to write you a note to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your facility on Saturday the 13th of December for our Christmas Party. We had approximately 80+ people between two surgery centers. During our time there and since we have returned, I have heard nothing but wonderful comments about your facility, service, and food/drinks. Your staff is an amazing group of people, very professional and accommodating in many ways; from the biggest of things to the smallest details. However, there is one person in particular I would like to personally recognize your Event Coordinator. From the first day we met your Event Coordinator to the night of the party she did an amazing job. It is obvious she loves what she does as evident through her excellent customer service, attention to detail, and her ability to effectively tailor an event to the needs of her customers came through. We had a wonderful experience with Crescent Oaks CC. From the beginning planning meetings till the day of the event. Everything went very smoothly, and the food and staff were perfect. Thanks for such a wonderful evening, we will be back for sure!!

It has truly been a pleasure to work with you. Quite frankly my intention was never to book my wedding at your venue, it was to find a location for the ceremony. Your eagerness, and yes mentality, really made me feel confident to change the venue and book my event at your location. You are really worked out a tailored menu that would fit my budget and requirements. My original plan was only to invite 45 people now the guest list is 70 people, I am extremely pleased with your business practice and availability to serve the customer, really speaks volume of Crescent Oaks. My line of work requires to do business with large multimillion dollar companies around the world doing sales, I can tell you that the most important piece in closing all the deals is the one on one attention and making the customer feel that we provide the best personal solutions, and you by far have done that for us. Just wanted to thank you and your staff for making our Christmas Party a huge success this year. Your Event Coordinator and her team were very responsive to our needs and requests and just a pleasure to work with. Please pass our gratitude to the appropriate staff from the bartenders to the cleanup crew they were all professional, polite and fun. Our guests included physicians, which from time to time can be a challenge to impress, but everyone had a great time and was the talk of the week—- and already talking about doing again next year, thank you for such a great team.
